At LiniLee, we are committed to offering high-quality products that are made to last. We proudly offer a 1-year limited warranty on all items purchased through our official website.


🛡️ 1-Year Warranty Coverage

Our 1-year warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional issues such as broken zippers, damaged stitching, faulty clasps, etc.

  • Items that arrive damaged (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

You can rest assured knowing your purchase is protected for a full 12 months from the date of delivery.


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Regular wear and tear from normal use

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized modifications

  • Accidental damage (e.g. stains, rips, burns, water damage)

  • Products not purchased directly from our official store

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Items reported after the 12-month period


📸 How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, simply contact us by email:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect

We aim to respond to all claims within 3–5 business days.


🔁 What Happens if Your Claim is Approved

If the issue is covered under our warranty, we will:

  • Send you a free replacement, or

  • Issue a store credit or refund (at our discretion)

In some cases, we may request that the original item be returned before processing a replacement or refund.


🚚 Shipping Costs Related to Warranty

  • If the product is defective due to our error, we cover all shipping costs related to the return or replacement.

  • If the issue is not due to a defect (e.g. customer error), return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
